The summer lounge looks out over Lake Baroon with a huge 12 seater table for entertaining, while the kids play in the games / rumpus room at the other end of the house. A large hooded 4 burner BBQ is on the back deck for entertaining and the aspiring chef. The 3 bathrooms include one with a spa bath and wheelchair access. There are 2 double bunks with trundles in the rumpus room and the option of excellent quality roll away beds for extra children. A 6 seater outdoor heated spa is placed on a terraced section at the back of the house with stunning views of the lake & hinterland. Bedroom 2, 3 & 4 plus the games room / children's bedrooms, are all designed to capture the view of the hinterlands lush fields while bedroom 1 takes in the views of the mountains and Lake Baroon. Please note that the final plan design will be loaded onto the website once nearer completion.
