TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Bookings

  • 50% of the total booking fee is required as a booking deposit

  • The Lodge will not be considered booked if a deposit is not paid

  • If using direct debit, cheque or money order, (without the use of a valid credit card) a $500 bond will also apply

  • If the booking is cancelled or changed outside of 21 days, a $100 admin fee will apply

  • If the booking is cancelled inside of 21 days, the deposit is non refundable

  • No credit or refund will be given in whole of in part for days not used resulting from late arrival or premature departure

  • We accept Mastercard, Visa, Bankcard, direct deposit by Electronic Funds Transfer, Cheques, money order and cash

  • If paying by cheque, money order or EFT, we require the balance at least 14 working days prior to your arrival

  • By paying your deposit, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions

Check in / Check out

  • A Montville Mountain Lodge Property Coordinator will meet you on site at the prearranged time for orientation of the property

  • Check out time is 10am....an extra charge of $80 per hour will be charged unless prior arrangement has been made with management.

  • Check in time is from  3pm or 2pm if prior arranged

  • A day rate for a 5pm check out is available of $500 given availability and must be requested upon making your reservation

Additional Terms and Conditions

  • The Montville Mountain Lodge has a strict 'No party' policy.  By-laws and the Terms and Conditions of Montville Mountain Lodge states that any noise or behaviour related complaint will result in immediate termination of the agreement. The property must be vacated immediately along with guest property.

  • Any additional guests attending the property, including guest parking, must have prior approval

  • Parking is available for up to 8 cars on the driveway. Cars cannot be parked in front of the property on the road - which can disrupt local traffic flow.

  • Additional cleaning.  If premises are left in a neglected state and that which is deemed greater than usual, an additional cleaning charge will be incurred and will be deducted from the security bond held or debited against your credit card. It is your responsibility to close and lock all window and doors upon departure

  • Breakages , Theft or damage of goods or property must be advised prior to vacating

  • Please note as a small business that relies on advance bookings we strictly adhere to these conditions.

  • All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars

  • Loyalty rates are available for repeat customers

  • Animals and pets are not allowed on or inside the premises..
